Responsibilities:
- Assisting Credit Manager with their request of paperwork.
- Maintains Security by following procedures and policies, Handling Sensitive information.
- Pull/Run Credit reports for Auto Loans applications and find old loan applications.
- Preparing Automobile contracts, entering all information into computer for dealers.
- Some contracts could be prepared by handwritten.
- Dealing with Dealers and contacting dealers, answering phones.
- Update Information on accounts/customer service.
- All Clerical work that asked to be done for the office, filing, scanning, letters and separate paperwork.
- Work on denial letters and mailing out letters to our customers.
Skills/ Qualifications:
- Computer Experience a must.
- Math skills a must.
- Multi-tasking.
- Customer Service.
Well Spoken, Organization, Phone skills, informing others, Resolving Conflict, Customer Focus, Reporting skills, Attention to Detail, Documentation skills, handles Pressure and Fast Learner
Part time Job--- Bilingual Preferred but not necessary Monday thru Friday.
****1/2 day on Saturday a MUST.
